Wednesday, September 2, 2010, you graciously responded to my urgent request for help. I explained that we had an installer in our home applying window tinting film. One of the windows was in the kitchen just above the counter top that Top Master installed in February of 2006. Unfortunately, the installer put too much weight on the sink and it came out of its clamps and fell 8 inches. You told me you would have someone at our home as soon as possible.
Within a short time, you called back to say that Chris would arrive around 1:00 PM. Well he arrived on time, was able to re-connect the sink and reconnect the plumbing. We were very impressed with his skills and good attitude.
My wife Nan and I want you and Chris to both know how much we appreciated the quick response, just before the Labor Day weekend, to put us back into operation, thus avoiding a huge inconvenience.
